I am trying to access my Gradebook to make sure I have submitted the recommended discussions for the week

If you want to see how many days and how many posts you have done, go to your gradebook in Self-Service. Once there, click on the Weekly Feedback link that's displayed for your course. It will now display the breakdown for each week/topic.
